THINKITTECH · Digital assurance for metal AM

Quality starts with
a connected history.

THINKITTECH develops AMSynchro for metal additive manufacturing teams in operations, quality and materials. It connects material history, genealogy and IoT observations with the records behind a quality decision.

Start with a non-confidential introduction.
An NDA can follow when technical detail requires it.

The manufacturing challenge

Evidence is spread out.
Decisions bring it together.

Supplier documents, handling events, sensor readings and inspection results often sit in separate systems. A digital thread connects them so teams can follow the history behind a quality decision.

The digital thread

One connected history.

  1. Materials & suppliers

Source lots, declarations and origin records

  2. Containers & site locations

IoT telemetry, handling events and movements

  3. Builds & parts

    Material relationships and manufacturing records

  4. Quality & decisions

Inspection evidence, risk signals and review

Traceability · Genealogy · Telemetry

Conceptual system scope, including material reuse loops.

01 / Traceability

Can we follow the whole journey?

Connect material, lot, container, location, build and part identifiers with supplier and quality records. Keep the link between an event, the people involved and its supporting evidence.

02 / Genealogy

What contributed to this material or part?

Preserve parent–child relationships through splitting, blending, sieving, reuse and build allocation. Understand how source lots contribute to later material and manufacturing records.

03 / Telemetry

What happened, where and when?

Use IoT measurements from connected containers and site locations to add condition, time and place to the record. Relate those observations to material movements and manufacturing events.

Our response · AMSynchro

An end-to-end solution.

AMSynchro is the solution we are developing to connect traceability, genealogy and telemetry in one digital thread. It brings the physical journey of material together with manufacturing and quality records, supporting review from source material to part and through reuse cycles.

  1. Establish the origin

Connect suppliers, material lots and their source documents.

  2. Follow the relationships

Keep genealogy through transfers, blends, builds and reuse.

  3. Capture the context

Link IoT telemetry from containers and site locations to the relevant events.

  4. Support the review

Bring the history, inspection evidence and quality signals into an accountable decision.

This describes the intended solution scope. Current functions, data sources and integration requirements are agreed for each evaluation.

Before we talk

A few useful answers.

How are THINKITTECH and AMSynchro connected?

THINKITTECH LTD develops digital assurance for metal additive manufacturing. AMSynchro is our end-to-end solution in development, connecting traceability, genealogy and IoT telemetry. The AMSynchro product website carries the detailed product story.

Where do the containers and site locations fit?

They provide physical context and IoT data for the wider solution. Container records and site locations help relate material identity, movements and available measurements to its genealogy, build records and quality evidence.

Does condition data prove powder is fit for reuse?

No. It contributes context for review. It does not independently certify composition, rule out all contamination or replace materials testing and authorised quality release.

Do we need an NDA to get in touch?

No NDA is required for a high-level introduction. Keep it non-confidential. Appropriate agreements come before any sensitive technical or commercial detail is shared.

What can we evaluate today?

An evaluation includes full access to AMSynchro. Available functions cover material specifications; material characterisation with laboratory results; build, sieve and combine operations; inventory management; and device and machine management.
